Ninja Credits is how you pay for Live Ninja On-Demand. What is that? It’s an on-demand service where Live Ninja Operators answer your calls when you choose. You can choose for them to answer your calls during peak business hours, or after hours, or on the weekends or if you take a vacation. That’s one of the most awesome things about Live Ninjas – they’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on holidays. They’re waiting for you to hire them. You decide when you want them to answer your phones. And you pay per call. Yep, no contract, no subscription. Just pay as you go, when you need it.
That’s where Ninja Credits come in. Each credit is worth an interaction, which is a phone call. But we don’t charge for spam or robocalls or hang ups.
When you’re running low on Ninja Credits, we’ll send you a push notification so that you know you need to purchase more.
How? It’s easy!
Open the hamburger menu, choose the Setup dropdown selection and then tap Live Ninjas.
You’ll be taken to the Live Ninjas Settings screen. Under Available Credits, choose Buy More.
Just choose how many you want by sliding the bar and then tap Buy.
