• Queue Stats - displays the asterisk queue statistics (numbers of pending calls/ connected calls/ avg hold time/ completed calls/ abandoned calls)
  • Operators - displays a list of current OpenAnswer users and the queues that they are assigned to.  The list also displays their call taking status.
  • Operator Events - displays the activities of selected operator on the day selected.  Without an operator/ date specified, the report lists the most recent activiities for all operators.
  • Account Edits - displays the most recent account setup edits
  • Call Auditing - a quality control tool that facilitates message taking auditing. An audit goal percentage can be specified and will lists the status of message audits for the operators.
