OpenAnswer and Asterisk - The Synergy Behind the Scenes
In June, we launched a revolutionary open source live answering service software called OpenAnswer. From a high level, it's a feature-packed software package capable of running answering services of all sizes. Asterisk powers this state-of-the-art browser-based app, providing skills-based routing and a real time Asterisk call management console that shows incoming queue calls, connected calls, and agent status.
