In Ninja Number, Open Calls are considered active leads - opportunities which you are actively engaged. The Dashboard and the App both display active leads by default in the main screen.
When you click or tap on an open call in the Leads list, a window displays with the lead's phone number and an Open/Close toggle switch at the bottom.
A lead is always considered Open until you Close it. To close a call:
- Click or tap on the call you wish to close in the Leads list.
- In the pop-up for the lead, click or tap the Open toggle switch to Close it.
- The call is now closed, and is removed from the Leads list.
Once a Lead has been closed, it cannot be reopened.
Closed Calls are listed under the All Calls tab on the main Dashboard page or App home screen.
