Think of Insight Cards as an intelligent report. Not only do they give you data, but they also interpret the data for you. They tell you whether the data is trending up or down, and how you can improve your numbers for next month.
For instance, the insight card for response time will give you the average time it's taking you to respond to leads and customers, but it will also tell you whether your time is sufficient and give you advice on how to get back to customers even more quickly.
Insight cards are available for abandoned call rate, performance in lead count, missed opportunities, open inquiries, response time, sales opportunities, top cities and repeat callers.
