The Toll Free Extended Messenger, also known as extended voice mail, is an enhanced service that supplies customers with a main menu box and three (3) individual "mailboxes" where greetings can be given out and messages taken when the end-user is not available or chooses not to answer the telephone. The main box, also known as the "what to do" box, acts as a menu for one-digit access to the other mailboxes. End-users may store, forward, retrieve and erase the messages.
