Care2Call also enables your charity to protect its means of staying in touch with all team members in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency. Since the system is housed at a secure, offsite location, communications will not be disrupted if weather or other calamity shuts down normal phone service. This means your organization can keep functioning right when it's needed most.
What it CostsIncoming messages to voicemail and faxmail are provided free of charge to qualified charities. Hosted voice communications, such as the virtual receptionist, will be provided at VoiceNation's cost. In order to deliver a full-featured phone platform to a charitable organization, VoiceNation must use local phone service carriers. In this case, fees charged by the carrier will apply.
