A virtual field trip is a field trip which is conducted in a classroom or a lecture hall. Organizing a real field trip involves a lot of planning and expenditure. A virtual field trip or an interactive tour can be presented to a class with the use of a computer and the required accessories. Teachers can use virtual field trips to complement a certain lesson.
