Each of our packages includes a toll free or local number in your city that you can forward your calls to or could be used as your main telephone number.

 Free Local or Toll Free number
You get to choose either a local or toll free number for your live answering account. If you already have your own phone number your callers dial you will just need to forward your number to the local or toll free number you get from VoiceNation.
Additional local numbers can be purchased for $5 each to create a local office presence in as many cities nationwide as you like

Free Voicemail/Fax number
When you sign up for VoiceNation's live answering services, ALL plans inlude a FREE local voicemail/virtual fax number. This number can be used for our operators to transfer your callers to so they can leave you messages. All messages
left here will be emailed to you as mp3 file attachments and can be heard online. You can also use this as your fax number. Faxes that are sent to this number will automatically be emailed to you in a pdf attachment.

Unlimited long distance
With most live answering services you are constantly being billed small long distance perminute charges each time the operator either transfers a call to you or dispatches a call to anyone. Typically these per minute charges range from 3
cents per minute to 40 cents per miunute. With VoiceNation, no matter how long you talk after a call has been transferred to you, you don't pay any long distance fees.
